      • We currently offer Free Shipping, Priority and Express shipping.

      • Free Shipping takes 5-7 days, Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 days. Express shipping delivers within 1-2 days.

      • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

    5.    Do you offer international shipping?

    No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.  We ship to USA & Canada only.

    6.    Can I track the status of my order?

      • Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

      • You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

      • Route Insurance is a service we offer to our customers to provide additional protection for their orders for a small fee and is required on all orders.       • Please note that Route Insurance is a separate service provided by Route and not by Regality Hair & Beauty directly. By choosing to add this insurance, you are entering into an agreement with Route for coverage during the shipment of your order.

      • While we always take care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of our products, accidents or mishaps during transit can occasionally occur. Route Insurance is designed to give you added protection and peace of mind throughout the shipping process.

      • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

      • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any alterations or damages.

      • We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for our Custom Wigs or Pre-Orders, all sales are final.

      • We provide detailed care instructions with each product.

      • Generally, it is recommended to gently detangle the hair, wash the hair using a mild sulfate free shampoo, and condition or deep condition the hair regularly.  

      • Avoid excessive heat styling, use a heat protectant and protect the hair while sleeping with a satin scarf.
